When we speak of integration, do we truly mean integration, or do we mean assimilation?

WIP

A series of poetry and prose pieces that explore the emotions evoked by the juxtaposition of time and place, situated in spacetime through photography; in their final form, the pieces are presented as collages with images, typography, and words working to create a paused moment of preparation.
